PWR Intercoolers

Air to Air Intercoolers

To achieve optimum heat transfer while realizing higher flow with reduced lag time, PWR uses rounded-edge tubes with an integrated straight-through internal fin design in the development of its Air-To-Air intercoolers.

The PWR Air-To-Air intercoolers also feature world-class TIG welding, a core thickness of up to 159mm, and low-restriction internal turbulators.

Liquid Air Barrel Intercoolers

The PWR Liquid to Air Barrel Intercoolers have a cylindrical shape. They include a 12-volt pump that circulates water throughout the barrel and a unique internal baffle system that delivers sufficient cooling within the barrel. They are suited to vehicles with engines that produce between 270 hp and 1200 hp.

PWR also manufactures air-to-ice intercoolers for drag racing applications.

PWR Radiators

The PWR radiators are made from high-grade aluminum, and they tend to be up to 30% more efficient than stock/factory-installed radiators. They use a unique wider tube configuration (26, 42, 55, or 81mm tubes), and an innovative louver fin design angle to achieve more efficient cooling and heat disbursement.

These radiators are also manufactured using a controlled atmosphere brazing process and have been pressure-tested to ensure functionality and reliability. They also benefit from world-class TIG welding and a thick core.

The PWR Engine Oil Coolers are made from high-grade Aluminum for guaranteed durability in a controlled atmosphere brazing process and are guaranteed for up to 80psi. They also feature complex internal cores with innovative fin pitch and louver angles to achieve more efficient cooling and heat disbursement.

Transmission/Power Steering/Differential Oil Coolers

The PWR Transmission/Power Steering/Differential Oil Coolers are all produced with 19mm core sizes. They also include 3/8" or 5/16" hose barbs as well as dash 6AN screw fittings as standard. Their cores also employ PWR's dimpled plate and fin design that provides optimum cooling with low-pressure drops.
